&lt;p&gt;(a) over-the-top, even goofy enthusiasm;&lt;br&gt;(b) a genuine concern for people; and&lt;br&gt;(c) hard-core expertise.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Too often we think that being an expert means being "serious" -- dark suit, well-wrought sentences, etc.  When, in fact, being a real expert means being able to let 'er rip on the fly.  Which, as ANYONE could see from watching one episode of &lt;a href="http://WineLibrary.tv" rel="nofollow"&gt;WineLibrary.tv&lt;/a&gt;, is Gary's forte.&lt;/p&gt;</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">TimWalker</dc:creator><pubDate>Thu, 29 May 2008 09:00:16 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
